- Overnight 100% whole oats
- 100% whole Oatmeal cooked with frozen berries (no sugar added)
- Smoothie (frozen fruits with coconut water)
- Granola
- Fruit
- Chia pudding
- Scrambled Tofu
- Oat pancakes
- Salad
- Veggie pasta
- Veggie wrap
- Smoothie
- Veggies burger
- Baked sweet potato with veggies and/or beans, quinoa
- The same as lunch but consume less on dinner time
