Body Cleanse



 I recently went grocery shopping, and it made me think of all the bad things I ate during the holidays. So I'm going to do 30day of strict eating. I will give my body all the nutrients it needs but I'm just going to cut out all the bad stuff. You're welcome to join if you want.  I will be starting tomorrow January 12.
 
Can't have
  • Sweets
  • Bread
  • Fast food
  • Added sugar
  • Soda
  • Red meat (I don't eat meat but if you do this would be good to leave)
  • Dairy 
Can have
  • Fruits 
  • Veggies
  • Beans
  • Sweet potato
  • Tofu
  • Soy meat
  • 100% Whole old fashioned Oats
  • Quinoa 
  • Water (fruit infused)
  • Tea (agave, lemon)
  • Almond, Cashew, Coconut and/or  Rice Milk
  • Unsalted organic(if possible) nuts
  • Chicken/Turkey (If you eat meat this would be fine to consume)
Ex.
      Breakfast
  • Overnight 100% whole oats
  • 100% whole Oatmeal cooked with frozen berries (no sugar added)
  • Smoothie (frozen fruits with coconut water)
  • Granola 
  • Fruit
  • Chia pudding
  • Scrambled Tofu 
  • Oat pancakes
    Lunch
  • Salad
  • Veggie pasta
  • Veggie wrap
  • Smoothie
  • Veggies burger
  • Baked sweet potato with veggies and/or beans, quinoa
   Dinner
  • The same as lunch but consume less on dinner time
 You can add your choice of white meat on any of the dishes
